Every two years, MPVSS hosts ULLAS, a vibrant state-level cultural and athletic event uniting hundreds of children with disabilities from across Madhya Pradesh. It offers a joyful platform to showcase their talent and resilience, with full lodging and boarding provided. ULLAS is a celebration of inclusion, empowerment, and achievement. Through this initiative, MPVSS continues to break barriers, inspire change, and create lasting memories that uplift and transform lives — one individual at a time.
ULLAS: A Festival of Talent and Togetherness
ULLAS is a flagship biennial event organized by MPVSS that brings together children with disabilities from all corners of Madhya Pradesh for a vibrant celebration of talent, inclusion, and empowerment. Over four days, this state-level cultural and athletic festival becomes a platform where children showcase their unique abilities through sports competitions, cultural performances, and creative displays. The event not only fosters self-confidence and social interaction but also challenges societal perceptions about disability.
Participants are provided with complete lodging and boarding facilities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where they can express themselves freely and joyfully. ULLAS is more than just an event—it’s a movement that celebrates diversity, promotes dignity, and nurtures the potential of every child, regardless of their physical or intellectual challenges. State Level Cultural and Sports Competition
ULLAS, organized biennially by MPVSS, is a flagship state-level event that brings together hundreds of children with disabilities from across Madhya Pradesh. More than just a competition, ULLAS is a vibrant celebration of resilience, talent, and the human spirit. It provides an inclusive platform where children with disabilities can showcase their abilities in sports, arts, and cultural expression.
With full lodging and boarding provided, the event ensures a safe, joyful, and engaging environment where every participant feels valued and empowered. ULLAS reflects MPVSS’s core belief: that disability should never be a barrier to opportunity or expression.
Through this event, we break social barriers, create shared memories, and promote a culture of dignity, recognition, and equality.
Day 1
Arrival, Welcome & Inauguration
The first day of ULLAS begins with the arrival of hundreds of enthusiastic children with disabilities from across Madhya Pradesh. Participants are warmly received and provided with accommodation and welcome kits. As the atmosphere fills with excitement, a grand inauguration ceremony is held, graced by dignitaries, special guests, and community leaders. This opening event features vibrant cultural performances by children and marks the official beginning of the festival. The day concludes with an orientation session and interactive ice-breaking activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among the participants.



Day 2
Sports and Cultural Competitions
The second day is filled with energy and enthusiasm as children participate in a variety of sports and cultural competitions. Adapted sports events such as races, long jump, shot put, and team games promote physical fitness and sportsmanship. Simultaneously, cultural competitions including singing, dancing, storytelling, and drama unfold on stage, providing children the opportunity to express their talents and creativity. The day also includes interactive sessions with special educators and motivational speakers. The joy and pride on the faces of the children reinforce that ability goes far beyond disability.



Day 3
Grand Finale, Award Ceremony & Farewell
The final day is a celebration of achievements and memories made. A grand finale event is organized where top performances are showcased, and winners from various competitions are honored with medals, certificates, and mementos. The presence of parents, teachers, supporters, and local media makes the celebration even more special. Emotional farewell speeches, group photographs, and distribution of participation gifts mark the end of the event. As children return to their homes, they carry with them unforgettable experiences, new friendships, and a deeper sense of confidence and inclusion.




2019

ULLAS 2019 united hundreds of children with disabilities across Madhya Pradesh for cultural and athletic events. The vibrant gathering emphasized talent, inclusion, and empowerment, offering a platform for self-expression through sports and arts. Full lodging ensured comfort. The event built lasting memories, strengthened community bonds, and highlighted MPVSS’s commitment to breaking barriers and celebrating every child’s abilities.

ULLAS 2023
ULLAS 2023 celebrated resilience and diversity among children with disabilities from across the state. The event showcased their talents in arts, sports, and cultural activities, promoting inclusion and equality. Safe accommodations and support empowered participants to shine. Through ULLAS, MPVSS fostered confidence, awareness of disability rights, and a stronger sense of community among children, families, and educators.

ULLAS 2025
Held from March 5–7, 2025, ULLAS 2025 brought together over 980 participants from Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The three-day event included an opening ceremony at Shahid Park, followed by sports competitions and cultural performances at Nirmala Compound in Ujjain. The event concluded with a grand celebration, highlighting the talents and resilience of the participants.
